Our beliefs represent the foundation of our faith
and are our understanding of what the Bible proclaims as the essentials of Christianity. All of our values, behaviors, teachings and way of life flow out of these statements.

WE BELIEVE… in one Eternal God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

WE BELIEVE… the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God and is our rule of faith and practice.

WE BELIEVE… that the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, crucified, died, buried, and resurrected. He ascended into heaven, and is now at the right hand of God the Father, and is truly God and man.

WE BELIEVE… that man fell into sin, bringing depravity and death to the human race; that as a sinner, man is self-centered and self willed, unwilling and unable to break with sin. There is One mediator between God and man – the man Jesus Christ, who redeemed us by dying on the cross for our sins, and arose for our justification.

WE BELIEVE… that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and is a free gift given to all who repent and believe.

WE BELIEVE… that at death the unsaved enter into everlasting conscious punishment, and the saved into conscious bliss with Jesus Christ, who is coming again and will raise the dead, sit in judgement, and bring in God’s everlasting kingdom

WE BELIEVE… in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by Whose indwelling, empowers a Christian to witness and to live a holy life. We believe in the Biblical command to be filled and to keep in step with the Holy Spirit.

WE BELIEVE… that those who repent and believe should be baptized with water as a symbol of his identification with the death and resurrection of Christ, declaring publicly his spiritual experience of having died to the world of sin and death, and having been raised to newness of life by faith in Jesus Christ.

WE BELIEVE… that the church is the Body of Christ, a brotherhood of God’s people who live in obedience to His Word, who confirm their faith with good works, and conform not to the ways of the world, but follow Jesus Christ as peacemakers in every area of life, living in love and reconciliation toward all men.
