We believe in one Eternal God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, crucified, died, buried, and resurrected. He ascended into heaven, and is now at the right hand of God the Father, and is truly God and man.
We believe the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God and is our rule of faith and practice.
We believe that man fell into sin, bringing depravity and death to the human race; that as a sinner, man is self-centered and self willed, unwilling and unable to break with sin. There is One mediator between God and man – Jesus Christ, who redeemed us by dying for our sins, and arose for our justification.
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and is a free gift given to all who repent and believe.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by Whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a holy life. We believe in the Biblical command to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
We believe that those who repent and believe should be baptized with water as a symbol of his identification with the death and resurrection of Christ, declaring publicly his spiritual experience of having died to the world of sin and death, and having been raised to newness of life by faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe that the church is the Body of Christ, a brotherhood of God’s people who live in obedience to His Word, who confirm their faith with good works, and conform not to the ways of the world, but follow Jesus Christ as peacemakers in every area of life, living in love and reconciliation toward all men.
We believe that at death the unsaved enter into everlasting conscious punishment, and the saved into conscious bliss with Jesus Christ, Who is coming again, and will raise the dead, sit in judgment, and bring in God’s everlasting kingdom.
